As the Missoni Madison Store Manager, you will represent Missoni and be a proactive Sales professional who guarantees compliance with all procedures set by the Headquarters and aimed at managing the Store team ensuring that the business runs efficiently.

You are a professional in the fashion industry who is responsible for promoting the Brand discovery and loyalty.

You will have full responsibility for driving the performance of all your departments and ensuring the achievement of the store business goals. You will lead, develop, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional levels of client experience as well as to promote and enhance the brand in line with corporate policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales

\n
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through showing outstanding selling techniques, clienteling, events, sourcing new customers and building strong relationships with existing customers
\n
• Establish and implement Action Plans to achieve and develop sales for each product category and client segment.
\n
• Implement and develop CRM initiatives to attract, recruit, develop, retain, and engage a clientele network for the store.
\n
• Assign targeted quantitative and qualitative goals to SA and ensure they are achieved by communicating on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and provide constructive feedback
\n
• Identify and develop the strengths of each SA, supporting professional growth through training and coaching.
\n

Operations

\n
• Ensure current policies and procedures are correctly followed and respected.
\n
• Take all the necessary measures to ensure loss prevention and safety in the store.
\n
• Oversee scheduling and payroll according to the needs of coverage for the business
\n
• Actively support back of house operations including stock receiving & returns, stock inventories, daily/weekly/monthly routines
\n
• Handle customer complaints, ensuring issues are resolved in time guaranteeing high level of customer satisfaction
\n
• Accurately process all transactions, including the operation of Cash Register
\n
• Manage and maintain stores budget
\n
• Partner with operations team to order packaging, supplies and maintenance requests
\n
• Support in assigning divisions of responsibilities within the sales advisor team
\n
• Partner with operations to ensure organization of inventory is maintained during incoming and outgoing deliveries, end of season, transfers, cycle counts, etc.

Misc

\n
• Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards daily, ensuring that all products are properly displayed
\n
• Support in recruiting and training the sales staff
\n
• Keep updated with the fashion trends, know, and monitor business environment including local competition and communicate this information to the team.
\n
• Motivative and create a sense of belonging and business involvement
\n
• Act in line with Missoni Selling Ceremony & Company Values
\n

QUALIFICATIONS:

\n
• Significant experience in retail or the sale of luxury goods.
\n
• 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position.
\n
• High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
\n
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
\n
• Adaptability, openness, listening abilities, curiosity.
\n
• High availability, responsiveness.
\n
• Product and Fashion sensitivity, commercial awareness.
\n
• Mastering computer skills: Excel, Power Point, outlook.
\n
• Ability to provide constructive feedback, coach and develop your team to success.
\n
• Ability to drive results and manage teams.
\n
• Foreign languages and Bachelor’s Degree are preferred
