Responsibilities
Communicate with clients regarding booking needs and preferences
Research accommodations transportation activities and related services
Assist with coordinating reservations and confirmations
Review booking information for accuracy and completeness
Provide clients with confirmations updates and important details
Assist with changes adjustments and special requests
Maintain accurate client and booking records
Follow up on pending requests and required information
Communicate with service providers when necessary
Provide professional support throughout the booking process
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail

Comfortable conducting online research
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
