Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 month Contract-Hire

Interview : Virtual round

Must haves:

• Trailhead link with active PDI certification
• 6+ years as a Salesforce Developer
  • 3+ years within Service Cloud
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Component
• AgentForce/Agent Script experience required
  • Highly Desired : Agentforce Specialist Certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration

Position Description:

• Full time, development work
• Release opportunities each month and major releases monthly
• Design, build, and maintain custom applications on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs)

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and formulas to support business processes.
• Manage custom objects, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure secure and scalable Salesforce configuration.
• Use tools like Apex Data Loader, Force.com IDE, ANT, and AutoRABIT for deployments, data operations, and release management.
• Collaborate with offshore teams, assigning tasks, reviewing code, and ensuring smooth handoffs.
• Work with onshore/offshore teams

Required Skills:

• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Certification
• Required Agentforce Specialist Certification
• 3+ years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience with SalesForce Technologies Salesforce CRM, Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visual Force Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles
• 1+ years of Salesforce Lightning web component development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Programming languages APEX, Core Java, Java Script.
• 3+ years of experience working with tools Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader and ANT,
• Experience in Agentforce building AI agents
• Experience in Agile methodology with preferred experience in SAFe methodology
• Experience working in onshore/offshore support model collaborating work with offshore teams.
