*TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Loan Officer Assistant opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola, FL area!*
*Position: *Loan Officer Assistant (LOA)
*Schedule: *Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm
*Job Description:*
* To provide administrative support to Supervisory Staff, Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), Processors and Closers in order to expedite the processing of mortgage applications. Provide mortgage administration and post-closing assistance. To receive and respond to inquiries from members regarding mortgage applications.
* Assist Secondary Marketing with retrieving outstanding Notes and preparing files for delivery, after closing has occurred
* Initiate setup of mortgage applications by printing application and credit report
* Monitor incoming loan volume; assigning and tracking each loan prior to forwarding
* Monitor, field and direct phone calls; document as required
*Skills and Qualifications: *
* Mortgage/Real Estate/Financial Institution is Highly Preferred
* 1-3 years of office/administrative experience
* Leadership experience within a retail or restaurant setting
* Strong multitasking skills
* Excel and SharePoint experience is a plus
*Work Environment:*

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
